Chief Executive Officer

Chris is responsible for building the leadership team, setting strategy and operating cadence, and ensuring disciplined execution across the platform. He partners with owner-led residential services businesses nationwide to structure transparent partnerships that preserve local brands while unlocking growth. He previously spent 8+ years in the public sector, serving in the U.S. military and in various civilian national-security roles and then worked as an investment banker before leading the Southeast region for a scaled, private equity-backed facility-services platform.

Vice President, Finance & Strategy

Will leads the platform’s finance and strategic investment efforts – he manages the broader finance organization while supporting strategic initiatives and investment evaluation. Previously, he worked as a Director of Capital Markets at a private equity-backed industrial processing platform, leading multi-billion dollar capital raises and working across the business on various strategic, commercial and operational initiatives. Will was also a member of the flagship equity investment staff at Global Infrastructure Partners as well as an investment banking analyst at Lazard.

Vice President, M&A

John is responsible for developing relationships with residential services business owners, structuring and executing partnership transactions, and leading the transition into the Fortress platform. John previously spent seven years as an investor in family- and founder-run businesses. He began his career in public accounting and spent several years executing M&A transactions as a middle market investment banker. 

Controller

Geneva is responsible for building Fortress's accounting infrastructure, ensuring the platform has the financial reporting, compliance, and controls needed to integrate acquisitions and scale. She partners with owner-led businesses as they join the platform, making the transition smooth and equipping them with the financial insight they need to run and grow their business. She previously worked across private equity-backed companies, management consulting at BCG, and public accounting at BDO, with finance experience at Gap Inc. and several startups. She is a CPA.

Business Development

Harrison is responsible for sourcing deals for Fortress and building relationships with owner-operators across the country. He works closely with these owners to help them understand how a partnership with Fortress can support long-term growth while preserving the local identity they've built. He began his career on the hedge fund team at GLG, where he supported market research and due diligence for institutional investors across a range of industries.

Executive Chairman of the Board

Adam is the Executive Chairman of the board at Fortress, where he draws on deep experience in residential services and a track record of guiding companies through significant growth - across operations, people, and service line expansion. He is the former owner and CEO of Arcus, a home services company focused on restoration, which he grew organically before exiting to a private-equity-backed buy-and-build platform. He previously held the same role at Davisware, a Serent portfolio company. Most recently, Adam was CEO of InsurePay, an insurance software company.
