Chief Executive Officer

Chris is responsible for building the leadership team, setting strategy and operating cadence, and ensuring disciplined execution across the platform. He partners with owner-led roofing and restoration businesses nationwide to structure transparent partnerships that preserve local brands while unlocking growth. He previously spent 8+ years in the public sector, serving in the U.S. military and in various civilian national-security roles and then worked as an investment banker before leading the Southeast region for a scaled, private equity-backed facility-services platform.

Vice President, M&A

Alex leads the platform’s M&A efforts - he manages end-to-end sourcing, evaluation, and execution of partnerships with owner-led roofing and restoration companies nationwide, bringing deep M&A expertise and ensuring owners clearly understand their partnership options. Previously, he worked as the Director of M&A at a large private equity backed veterinary platform, developing the processes, strategy, and execution behind 300+ acquisitions of veterinary hospitals. That work helped scale the company from a very small regional footprint to a national presence. Based in Detroit, Alex partners with founders across the U.S. to build durable, long-term value.

Vice President, Finance & Strategy

Will leads the platform’s finance and strategic investment efforts – he manages the broader finance organization while supporting strategic initiatives and investment evaluation. Previously, he worked as a Director of Capital Markets at a private equity-backed industrial processing platform, leading multi-billion dollar capital raises and working across the business on various strategic, commercial and operational initiatives. Will was also a member of the flagship equity investment staff at Global Infrastructure Partners as well as an investment banking analyst at Lazard. Will is based in Denver and excited to leverage his background to create high-quality partnerships at Fortress.
